No. The costs associated with Architect’s Choice Options are added to the overall purchase price of the home, and are thus part of your overall payment structure.
As part of the Architectural Control Requirements we adhere to in our thoughtful neighbourhood design, we pre-select all exterior colours—which means you cannot change them. This ensures that the mix of home elevation styles and exterior colours seamlessly complement each other, keeping your community aesthetically pleasing and uniformly beautiful.

The selling process will take place virtually, once you have decided to purchase a home with Mattamy and provided all deposit cheques and pertaining information you can expect to receive your Agreement of Purchase and Sale via DocuSign
You must provide two valid pieces of photo ID (such as a driver’s licence or passport), all required post-dated cheques and your social insurance number. Please note a health card does not count as a valid piece of ID.
Purchasers must provide lawyer contact information within 15 days of purchase
Purchasers must provide their pre-approval within 21 days of purchase
You will have 10 days after the Agreement is signed to decide whether or not you would like to purchase any Architect’s Choice Options.
